At CareCall
one of our most important responsibilities to you is the
safekeeping of your confidential information. We respect the
confidentiality of your personal information. We safeguard
the confidentiality of all nonpublic personal information
you provide to us.
The
service. CareCall provides Emergency Notification
Services, 24 hours, 7 days a week for its members. We never
release your information until we first verify the identity
of the emergency personnel contacting us. Upon receiving an
emergency request from emergency personnel, CareCall will
verify the authenticity of the caller and subsequently
provide the Emergency Report to the caller. By your
enrollment your authorization is assumed.
Confidential information. Rest assured, all information
remains completely confidential. We do not share your
information with any third-party. Representatives of
CareCall agree that any information received in accordance
with this service which concerns personal or other affairs
of the member will be treated in full confidence and will
not be revealed to any other person, firm or organization
for the term of services. Our employees are subject to a
corporate code of ethics that require maintaining the
confidentiality of member information.
